    Misleading fees
    They claim 1% fee but in reality they probably take more.
    If you swap xmr to some currency, it will result in losing 5-7% than the actual 1%. They claim its because of "floating rates" and their "routing" but of course that is bs.
    Best option is to swap some USD token but you still lose like 2% than the actual 1.2% (1% fee + exchange fee) you would be losing.
    Support is very fast though which is a + ig.
