  GhostSwap has an unresolved case.
  
  I sent 20.5 ETH on May 24, 2026. The swap was blocked. They have not provided any timeline and stopped responding on September 14, 2026. They also changed their tagline from "NO KYC" to "Privacy-Focused Crypto Swaps" and back again.
  
  I sent four transactions from the same source on the same day. Three went through. Only the third was blocked. That is not AML logic — that is a selective block.
  
  They also use HitBTC accounts created under straw men's names. If one account gets blocked, they switch to another, and the funds of many other clients can be blocked too.

  • Why wait over 4 months to post this? Your swap happened on the same day (May 24, 2026), with the same asset, as an earlier issue we already worked to resolve, yet you never mentioned it then. You're now posting under a different PGP key, apparently to look like a different person. Over that earlier case, we removed GhostSwap as a sponsor, worked out a resolution (you got your money back), and then reinstated them. Given that history, we can't advocate for you again, and we don't know how many swaps you actually made. GhostSwap is now clearly labeled as using third-party liquidity and possibly performing KYC; they don't require KYC by default. Please don't try to deceive us or others by creating multiple accounts. Look into the deposit guarantees we have listed for further assistance.
