Set up an Ubuntu VPS in NL region. First, create an account (only email is required). Second, make a deposit for the amount in Euro for the specific plan you want in XMR. From there you have an account balance to buy a server.

Dashboard is clean, with ability to reboot server, see logs and bandwidth graphs. It comes with a default password and you can SSH into it with the provided password in the dashboard. There is a section to add SSH keys which you can use for logging in. There's also a firewall in the dashboard.

Overall, simple interface with low price options (€6) with minimum usage for 1 month.
