Attempts to work on every network as quietly as it can, with the ISP or network admin being nonthewiser about the user being connected to a VPN.
Note
Desktop builds are not signed yet. On iOS the connection is made through Shadowrocket; a native mobile app is in development. There are only a handful of servers at the moment.
