Hey am I the only one who experienced hard times to log in to the service? Lately there are obviously lots of rumours about unstable service and low uptime - we need to know what is going on. I think a public announcement is deserved and needed guys!

Registered a domain with them recently. No KYC was required; signup only required an email address (or an XMPP address). The advertised price for their cheapest TLDs was €15, but i was instead asked to send €17 (credited to wallet balance as €15) in Monero.
