    It's very convenient that you can exchange in just a couple of clicks. The guys work with high AML. Everything went great, I recommend it.

    I have been testing similar services for a long time. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this service. 5/5.

    I did three exchanges of 50k each to Monero.
    AML check came back as medium risk, but everything went through without issues and pretty fast.
    Saw a previous review, but decided to message them anyway - support answered instantly. We agreed on a better rate with a lower fee. Sent 250k and they exchanged it immediately from their own liquidity.
    Big thanks to the guys, smooth experience. Will keep working with them 👍

    Over $100K USDVerified Order
    Attempted BTC for USDT Swap at size. After sending to the address on screen and getting to the final step of receiving crypto, the page reverted to step 2 deposit crypto, and the address changed on screen. The QR Code still pointed to the original deposit address and was only changed hours later after it was pointed out to their support team when they claimed the btc was sent to the wrong location. Refusing to admit any wrongdoing and only offering a juiced referral commission to send new business their way. Why would anyone want to be referred to a service that handles transactions this way?

    • Dear Customer,

      Our team contacted you immediately to investigate. We verified that there are no vulnerabilities in our system and gave you the relevant logs as proof. Based on the data we have, it is most likely that user devices using infostealer malware altered the financial‑service data, causing the transaction to be sent to the wrong address.

      We can confirm that the deposit was never sent to an address we control. In this case you need to make sure your own devices and operating system are secure. We confirmed the problem originated on your side, not ours.

      Our reputation matters to us. We consistently protect the client’s interests and provide assistance even in the most ambiguous situations.

    • Let's be very clear.

      I reached out to your team first, you did not reach out to me to bring anything to my attention.

      The original exchange page gave one address to send to, and only after saying the exchange was at the final step of completion did that address change on screen, and the QR code pointing to the original address stayed on screen for hours until it was brought to your attention.

      No "relevant logs" were provided. I provided screenshots from my device and a friends hours later around the world that showed a QR Code on the exchange page that did not match the address you claimed I needed to deposit to. Upon bringing this to your team's attention, you said you weren't sure how this could happen, then updated the QR Code on the page and came back and said it was an issue on my side because I did not refresh my page, even though there is video proof showing the old / new page after your team updated the QR Code only after it was brought to your attention.

      You say you value your reputation and want to protect client's interest, but you have provided no explanation for how your website malfunctioned or any solution besides refer people and send more money to your service.

      No logs were provided, just accusations that I am wrong and my devices are the issue, even though devices I have no control over saw the same thing. Trust at your own risk..

    • The clients stay completely anonymous, so we have no contact information and can’t reach out first. Also, if a deposit isn’t found, the exchange is considered “empty” and our support team doesn’t treat it as an active case.

      We have carefully reviewed this situation together with our technical team, support department, and representatives of Monerica.

      We reiterate that no deposit was received to any address under our control. This is fully confirmed on our side by internal monitoring and system records.

      The screenshots you provided, which display different addresses or QR codes, do not match the data generated by our system. Such discrepancies can only occur if the information was:
      • altered on the user’s side, or
      • compromised due to the user’s device, browser, network, or third-party software.

      We did not identify any malfunction on our website or in the deposit address generation process. At the time of the transaction, the service was operating normally.

      You also accepted the Terms of Service published on our website, which clearly state that the responsibility for verifying the destination address before sending funds lies with the user. Therefore, losses not caused by our service cannot be compensated.

      That said, and without admitting any fault, as a gesture of goodwill we are prepared to offer:
      • a dedicated personal support manager;
      • reduced fees on future exchanges;
      • manual verification of all transfer credentials by a personal manager to help prevent similar situations in the future.

      We value our reputation and the interests of our clients; however, we cannot assume responsibility for actions or circumstances beyond our technical control.

    • You said your team contacted me immediately to investigate, and then later say you can't reach out first. This is a repeated pattern of contradictions in communicating with this team.

      You said you gave me relevant logs as proof, no logs have been shared. Just accusations that my system is compromised and is the fault for the address changing on screen. I have programmers on standby who can validate any relevant logs this team would be willing to share, though based on previous contradictions have little reason to believe anything will be shared.

      The QR Code only was changed after your team was alerted to the discrepancy (have video proof of this) and then their support team tried using this against me to say I had not refreshed my page for the most recent deposit address. I have never seen a confirmed swap change addresses AFTER funds were sent in and confirmed as received on the page. My page was refreshed multiple times after I realized the address had changed / had someone else confirm this around the world, the address was changed on screen but not the QR Code. I bring this to your team's attention, you confirmed the discrepancy and suddenly minutes later the QR Code is updated on your web page. And I am now accused of not refreshing my browser, another contradiction.

      The destination address was verified multiple times prior to sending. The NeverKYC Order screen confirmed the receipt and went all the way to step 4 of exchanging crypto before reverting back to step 2 deposit crypto with a new address. How could my own device interact with a web page in such a way? So after all this the only gesture offered is to send more money through a system that you can risk losing 100% of your deposit at a reduced commission, and also offers for referral bonuses to send more customers to their website. No explanation for what happened to their website, no assistance in tracking down missing crypto, just accusations that I am wrong but please send us more money. The math maths.

      PROCEED WITH CAUTION

      Also will add since my first review, I had 2 successful swaps on this site prior to this bad one, and as soon as I tried sending the crypto I received from NeverKYC elsewhere, it was instantly AML flagged twice due to the funds that had initially funded the wallet (a NeverKYC swap). They are likely swapping tainted crypto with users and stealing good crypto when someone makes the mistake of sending a large transfer through. The math maths.

      PROCEED WITH CAUTION
