  Successfully exchanged BTC into ETH. The exchange was fast, while the fee was very low, so it was cost effective. The UX was also great because the site has a very simplistic design. Understanding everything was easy, even a newbie could easily exchange without any problem. I faced no KYC related problems, but I only found the AML in one tx to be a bit medium on a few checkers. On others, it was low, which can vary from checker to checker. Overall, the experience was good.

  My ETH → XMR swap still hasn’t been processed, and it’s already been more than two hours. I even mentioned this to Trevoid, and he said he would contact the admin. I don’t know whether I’ve been scammed or not, but this service seems completely unreliable.
  
  I don’t recommend anyone use it. My money is still in their hands, and there has been no support. In the support section, there’s a Tutano email address what the hell? Do I really have to use email just to reach someone?
  
  I’m done with this service. Refund my money immediately!

  Made exchange from BTC to USDT and USDT to BTC. Exchange went smooth, without any problems. Downloading letter of guarantee is recommended if something goes wrong. I had no issues during transactions. One note. I ran AML risk check on received BTC with AML bot, the coins had 68% AML risk and that is worth noting if you plan to send your BTC to CEX or other KYC service.

  I exchanged Bitcoins for Ethereum. Once the transaction was confirmed, I received the Etheurems within 5 minutes.I sent slightly more Bitcoin than I had initially specified for the exchange, and the service recalculated the final amount. It doesn't matter how much I send because they provide a minimum amount required and the address. Bitcoin network fees were very low, and the service fee was around 1%
