  Very good communication with staff, when i was confused about time / swap services the staff explained and walked me through how to fix it / how to debug my issues, and when i wasnt properly refunded the staff sent me money as well as the original swap ammount

  SCAM! Has elaborate "decentralized" setup where you download some key or wallet and it detects payment but no funds are sent. Invoice expires and no refund is sent. Email link in footer does not open to an actual email, Telegram group does not allow communication.

  • Thats not true, We have processed multiple xmr atomic swaps so far
    
    For your case, the blocktime took too long and i assume you closed the browser, all you have to do is reload the page and your xmr will complete
    
    Your swap is currently waiting to submit encsign for it to sweet, last i checked it has 24 blocks to complete then the maker will move to cancelling and you would be able to refund.
    So your swap is still in progress you just need to reload the page

  • The browser was not closed. It waited over an hour an then just said "Expired". Also, when trying to look up the order on your verify page https://miradex.io/verify it does not even show up. You're a scam.

    Here is the status of your swap, it either needs the user to proceed by reloading the page or waiting for the cancel timelock and then you still need to be on the page to auto refund

  • Swap was auto-refunded by the Atomic-swap Protocol
    The Expired trigger was a bug in our frontend that was fixed i v0.1.13 https://www.npmjs.com/package/@miradexio/client
    
    So the swap was stale and didnt proceed
    
    We apologize for this, the goal of miradex is to make sure all swaps succeed, so a refunded swap is counted as a failure on miradex.
    
    Atomic-swap in the browser is still in BETA and while we have had handful of successful swaps so far, we will keep improving it and fixing the errors/race conditions found

  • alright, I am confirming that I do see a returned amount (minus network fees I suppose).This listing is not a scam then. But I do not recommend anyone to use this service. Waited like 6 hours to do a simple XMR swap from BTC only to get it refunded, and I cannot confirm that I would have ever been refunded had I not made this review. Either this exchange is not worth making public or whoever uses it will need to have established communication with these people somehow.
