  Scam service. Doesn't respond to support tickets and doesn't give what you purchased even after multiple days

  • Hello, we process domain orders each day, usually once or twice daily. Our website and order process does state that this can take 12-24 hours, though in some cases it may take longer, although rarer, but usually on weekends if we're more short staffed than usual.
    
    Please respond to this (if you see it) and let me know your ticket ID and/or your invoice ID or some other identifier so we can see if your order was somehow improperly processed or if something else has occurred.
    
    We've been in business since 2020. Like any small, but growing business we do have growing pains in regards to support coverage and response times.
    
    Looking at our order queue right now I see only one possible domain order that may have been yours... One that was ordered on the 8th of this month but not paid for until the 22nd. The two weeks between ordering and payment made that particular order appear at the bottom of the list since the list is ordered by most recent orders. To be fair, we should probably just auto-cancel anything ordered but not paid for within 72 hours, which would have (in this case) forced you to replace the order and it'd have appeared in a more visible spot for review and processing. We'll look into that more from our side.
    
    Anyhow, I think this is resolved already?

  I moved my domain here to support a provider who allows me to pay in Monero. The transfer took ~24 hours because they have to approve the transfer manually and then I had to approve the transfer from my previous provider. While I have only had the service for a few days so far, I like what I see.
