  It's pretty good - straight forward and responsive support via telegram or simplex. They told me the first transaction had to be at an ATM to use the pin number, then later when I questioned them about it, because the ATM I tried to use was all in spanish - no way to see what it said in English without getting my phone out and using a translation app...they said it was fine as long as I still had/knew the pin (which is sent on the paper with the card)
  
  Also registration was a bit confusing, as the other reviewer said, they do the registration part, (because they are clearly based out of Mexico) also they told me if I wanted to use it online I could use any Mexican name and address, but on the card portal there is clearly a Mexican man's name and address that the card is registered to, so sometimes I worry it is going to pop up on someone's screen when I use it in public(which it works very well for o far)
  
  
  They recently launched a webapp, so you don't have to log into the cardportal anymore. which is nice. But it *IS* a web app, and not a real app, which I guess has it's merits also....
  
  Biggest plus, you can use monero effortlessly to top up your card(the web app makes it so much easier)
  
  All in all it's been quite an experience, because you ARE paying $350 for a card that has no name on it, But so far they have been pretty solid. I would definitely recommend anyone to try it out if you have $350 to burn. It's been worth it so far.

  I was skeptical of the company because In all honesty, $350 is a steep price for a new company, but after they answered my questions in their simpleX chat. It made me take the risk and order one.

  So, Their site says 7 days for delivery via FedEx but, I got it much faster then that. So that was a Plus and they obviously accept monero for payment which I would do.
  
  Their fees are plain and simple
  Their customer service is fast and responsive via telegram.
  
  After I received it I messaged them
  They gave "relatively" clearly instructions on how to activate it.
  
  The only confusing part was registration.
  After you make an account, you don't do any of the registration. They do it. I say notify them you completed the login and account setup (which is email and password). It took about a day to get it fully activated. Then they give you a xmr address to send your monero to, it gets converted to Mexican pesos. Bam it works. Very easy and super based. Toon about 5-10 min. They have details on what you can't buy with it.
  
  I have been using for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it.
  
  
  
  What I dislike.
  They were supposed to have an android app by now and there is none still so I knocked a point off. (This as of 03/15/2026) it was supposed to be by the end if February.
  
  
  The registration thing wasn't only me, someone messaged me about the confusion too. So maybe word it differently or something.
  
  $350 is a steep price.
  
  Still young, could be a rug pull still.
  
  But it's a def win for monero.
  Now I can spend. Much easier.
