    Wanted to swap ETH > XMR > ETH. On the first swap, the site failed to detect my Ethereum deposit. I contacted support, and it took over 30 minutes to resolve the issue and deliver my XMR. Response time on the first contact was fast, but the responses were very short and unclear (i was also left without a response for over 15 minutes after i had already pointed out the issue, because support went offline). The time for the Ethereum deposit (30 minutes) had already expired by then, which showed my swap status as "Overdue", even though my deposit was already confirmed on the blockchain for over 30 minutes. I was eventually sent the quoted XMR amount.

    The Ethereum deposit address for the first swap (ETH > XMR) was reused as the withdrawal address for the second swap (XMR > ETH), which created a link to my old wallet despite the whole point of swapping to Monero being to avoid creating that link. Site should have used a separate address for the withdrawal transaction of the second swap (XMR > ETH).
