    FUCKING SCAM SITE
They got "fake" hacked by themselves and stole people's money/deposits, i see a lot of you are trusting them with your money, very soon they will steal your funds like they did last year and exit scam

    • Calling OpenMonero a scam is simply ignoring what actually happened. When the incident occurred, the team didn’t disappear, shut the site down, or blame users. They stayed online, investigated the issue, communicated with the community, and refunded 100% of the affected deposits.

That alone already disproves the “exit scam” narrative. Exit scams happen when a service disappears with user funds. In this case, the opposite happened, users were fully refunded.

Security incidents unfortunately happen across the entire crypto industry. What really matters is how a service responds to them. OpenMonero responded by taking responsibility, fixing the issue, and ensuring every affected user was refunded. That’s accountability.

So the claim that they “fake hacked themselves to steal deposits” doesn’t match reality at all. A platform that steals funds doesn’t spend time refunding everyone afterward.
