1/5I was testing the service so I tried swapping around $4 from XMR to BTC. My XMR was sent to and confirmed by "Dex.CR" but the status on the tracking page remained "PENDING_SETTLEMENT" for over 3 days.
Their support page has only one method of communication which is their email address "h**p@dex.cr", so I contacted them multiple times, however the email delivery keeps failing and does not get delivered.
